Kim Bridge

Kim Bridge
Kim Bridge has a lifetime of experience in training and facilitation. He has been at the forefront of human and behaviour change since the outset of his career in 1984.

After many years of investigating matters of Indigenous wellbeing, Kim came to realise that sustainable wellbeing - whether in the workplace, part of a team or even our own relationship to the world around us, we need a deep understanding and the belief in the self.

He came to realise that he wanted to be part of a 'wave of human potential and bi-cultural wellbeing'; and now Kim dedicates much of his professional time working on transformational leadership with Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal organisations, to facilitate a genuinely sustainable approach to positive change for all Australians.

Social Entrepreneurship & the future of Aboriginal Business:
Kim Bridge provides an interesting snapshot of the future of Aboriginal business -social entrepreneurship and building communities with a sustainable development approach.

Kim's Story:
Kim was born and raised in Halls Creek, spent his formative schooling years in Alice Springs followed by an elite boarding school for High School. After a few years of life as an accountant, Kim moved into the Aboriginal space to pursue his passion for improved wellbeing in Aboriginal Australia. He has since applied his skills and passion in Aboriginal economic development, social enterprise, community development, leadership, cross cultural investigations and training, personal and team development and taking cultural tours through one of the oldest and most captivating sceneries on the planet.

With a long history in this space and a good sense of humour, Kim spins a good yarn at the best of times.
