Isobel Necessary

Isobel Necessary is an accomplished acrobat, circus instructor and community artist.

She has travelled widely in Australia and has recently returned from Europe, where she performed street theatre shows in Amsterdam, London and Edinburgh, and performed in many Fringe Festival shows including The Best of The Fest with Jimeoin, Ross Noble and Adam Hills.

Isobel performs spectacular physical skills as a lovable, fallible clown. She creates unique and memorable shows for festivals, outdoor events, cabarets, comedy nights, nightclubs and corporate events.

HULA HOOPS
Performed either as a 7-minute stage spot, or podium sets, Isobel's hula hoop act is fast-paced, dynamic and energetic. Isobel blends dance and acrobatics with the sexy hula, interacting with the audience and making great use of her choice of funky music, and builds up to the amazing 21-hula hoop stack. The hula hoops act can also be styled to fit in with the theme of an event.

ACROBATICS
Isobel and her partner Mistress Mandarella perform graceful, sexy acrobatics in costume in keeping with the theme of any event.

FIRE
Isobel twirls, eats and plays with fire, creating striking and beautiful images, before performing the spectacular flaming hula hoop. This act can vary from 5-10 minutes in length, and can also be adapted for roving.

CHICKS WITH TRICKS
This show was devised specifically to demonstrate a range of skills and to be followed by a workshop. The show is available in two versions and in combination with workshops and roving.
