Ric Isaac
With qualifications in exercise science and exercise physiology, Ric adopts a holistic approach to health and fitness that is complemented by techniques learned while completing his qualifications in massage, reflexology, yoga and sports training.

Ric’s academic prowess in the field was augmented by his acclaimed leadership role in sports science – he was elected to the role of President of the Sports Science Association while still at University.

He has expertise working in gyms and leisure centers, as well as in the roles of personal trainer and fitness consultant. Ric was seen as a valued trainer who provided innovative programs to achieve the demanding fitness requirements for WAFL/AFL umpires.

His extensive experience in the area of health and fitness together with his motivational approach has been recognized by a wide number of requests for public speaking and seminar appearances in both business and community settings, as well as for health promotion and inter-university functions.

Ric’s professional and personal talents have become widely known over the last two years and he is in high demand as an entertaining and thoughtful speaker. Recent speaking events have included segments on Channel Seven’s Today Tonight, on ABC Radio, regional and community radio (Curtin radio, RTR FM), at Challenger TAFE, Cockburn Youth Services and for the City of Fremantle Council.

Ric has written about his successful fitness approach in the best selling book Don’t Diet! Fat Loss and Fitness the Isaac Way. Ric and Eamon Murphy, who was able to write about his terrific personal success with Ric’s fitness program, jointly wrote this book.
