Brad Hardie

Brad Hardie
Brad Hardie first rose to football prominence at South Fremantle. From there he played for Collingwood, Brisbane and Footscray. During his career he won the game’s highest honour, the Brownlow Medal as well as two Simpson Medals and two Tassie Medals.

Since the end of his playing career, Brad has enjoyed success as a commentator. He writes for a national sports magazine and for the Sunday Times.

He is part of Radio 6PR’s AFL commentary teams and co-hosts the station’s Sports Today program every weekday as well as their Sunday afternoon sports program.

Brad has been a regular panel member of Channel 7’s AFL footy program for a few years. In February 2001 Channel 9 signed him up to be part of their sports team.

Brad’s views on the modern game are expressed in the same way he used to play – hard hitting and to the point.

Brad Hardie is a much sought after speaker who is both motivational and entertaining. He regularly addresses major corporate and sporting functions. Brad is also a first class master of ceremonies who has hosted government, corporate and sporting events in most Australian states.
