Double Trouble are an upbeat fun loving yet totally professional versatile duo that have gained a reputation as Perth’s best 2-piece band. Two powerful vocals, twice the classic guitar tones and the latest in high-tech sound reproduction result in the intensity and excitement of a full live band sound in a cost effective two-man package.

Double Trouble play the hits that they have been requested to perform over many years and hundreds of live performances. Classic songs from the 60’s right up to the current charts, from the Beatles to Men at Work, Matchbox-20 to Eskimo Jo, Smash Mouth to Red Hot Chilli Peppers, and just about everything in between.

Dave (Vocals / Guitar)
Dave has been involved in music in some capacity for all of his life. His teenage years saw him touring England and Europe in big bands and jazz ensembles playing trumpet and keyboards. He was involved in the brass section of popular UK ska bands Fun Boy Three and the Specials. Later he turned his attention to guitar and vocals and performed on the UK club circuit with various cover bands for the next 10 years. He has taught music at various levels and is a qualified sound engineer. For Double Trouble, Dave also handles the musical arrangements which are customized for our unique performances.

Danny (Vocals / Guitar)
Danny was involved in local Perth bands ‘RPM’ and ‘Pound Dogs’ from his teenage years. After touring Australia and playing in Darwin for a few years, he has settled back in Perth to become not only a prolific guitarist but a vocalist of choice with silky smooth tones.
