Natalia Josephs

Natalia Josephs carved out a successful international career, in modelling and then as a classical pianist. Her first book A Career in Modelling was released in 1992. Since 1990 Natalia’s area of interest has been Social Intelligence, one of the six intelligences put forward by Professor Howard Gardner in the 1980s. In 1999 Natalia founded Image Power Australia. She runs a program called “The Employment Advantage”. Natalia program can be tailored towards high school graduates, long term unemployed and people with disabilities who are seeking work; as well as people already working who are seeking to improve their value as an employee.

Natalia began her working life as a catwalk mannequin – in the days before the supermodel. She worked extensively in Europe and Britain and was twice winner of the Designer Awards Top Mannequin of the Year. She is an accomplished classical musician and published author. She has lived and worked all over the world and now develops training programs based on Social Intelligence, one of the seven intelligences first recognised by Dr Howard Gardner in the 1960’s. Two of her training programs are now accredited as nationally recognised training and have been utilized by universities, schools and Commonwealth and State Government Departments.
