Jean-Luc

Jean-Luc, 2007, 2008 & 2009 WA's Magician of the year, grew up in France, and started his career as an actor in theatre and movies, then wrote and directed his own movie which received a prize in a movie festival.
He then became involved in professional water skiing and after winning the French champion title, he then came third in the world championship and won the Australian championship in 2008.
In the meantime, he became a full time professional magician in 2007, after performing all around the world in places like Tahiti, New Caledonia, Dominican Republic, Ivory coast, Greece, Italy, England, Thailand, Las-Vegas and of course in France(for the Film Festival in Cannes) and in Australia.
His stage shows are very original and based on movie themes with characters we can all identify with – Pink Panther, James Bond, Batman etc., where the music and story is delivered with fantastic illusions or sleight of hands or mentalism on the way.
Jean-Luc bring his French class and elegance in his close-up magic or walk around to entertain his audience and keep them wondering what happened…
Or if you are looking for some stunt to attract more people for an event, Jean-Luc is also an escape artist and like Houdini, can escape from a straitjacket hanging by the feet 20 meters or more above the ground from a crane, or escaping from a regular wine barrel whilst handcuffed and locked inside - and still be able to escape in less than 5 minutes.
