Glenn Shorrock

A lot has been said about Glenn Shorrock- but one description he prefers above all others is ‘performer’. British born Glenn emerged from the migrant town of Elizabeth, near Adelaide in South Australia. A hotbed of beat activity in the early sixties, Elizabeth became the home of a number of amateur ensembles including The Twilights, a group started by Shorrock in 1964, when a chapter of Australian rock history commenced.
