BBC Entertainment, the largest and most experienced entertainment booking agency provides our clients an additional and informative page to be more aware of our services and how we can give more exceptional assistance.

How do I confirm my booking?


By calling or by email. We will then generate an invoice and we will require a 50% deposit within 7 days of receiving the invoice. The balance is then payable at least 21 days prior to the event.

What information is required when confirming my entertainment booking?


When confirming your booking, please include as much information as possible. Things we may need to know are:

  • Who will be the mobile contact on the day?
  • Can you provide a run sheet / program of events for the day?
  • Have you arranged a time for the band to set-up at the venue?
  • Is there a change room for the entertainers?
  • If applicable, can you supply parking for the performers?

How can I pay for my entertainment?


Payment options include: Mastercard, Visa, direct debit or cheque. If you wish to pay in cash, you can do this in business hours at our office. 

What additional costs are involved in booking entertainment?


The fee quoted is the performance fee. Which means it is for the act to arrive and perform in the specified time-frame. If you book a band or floorshow then you may be required to comply with the acts requirements. Things such as: PA systems, meals & refreshments, change rooms etc. may need to be supplied. Eastern states based performers will require return airfares, accommodation with meals and internal transport. Extra fees may incur for things such as early set-up or a planning meeting prior to the event. Please do not hesitate to discuss this with your sales consultant prior to confirming your booking to ensure you are aware of any extra requirements.

How much notice do I need to give to cancel my entertainment booking?


As soon as you decide to cancel your entertainment, we need to know immediately. If you wish to cancel without penalty then we require written notification no later than 21 days prior to your event.  Deposits are non-refundable. All cancellations made within 21 days of the event will mean that the full fee is applicable.

If I need assistance after hours, can I contact you?


Yes. Two staff are always on call for emergency situations. Just call 9472 5500 to find out who is on call and you can call them on their mobile with your question.

What if I canít find what I want on your website?


Not all of our entertainment options are listed on our website. So if you have an idea in mind, please do not hesitate to discuss it with us. We often have unusual requests or enquiries which require us to source out entertainment options. If we donít have it, we will be sure to source it for you or suggest a suitable alternative.

Where can we see the acts etc perform?


Please do not hesitate to ask your sales consultant where you can see our entertainment perform. Some of our bands have regular gigs at public venues or we may be able to organize for you to have a sneak peek at a private function. 

Do you have any testimonials / client comments / feedback on the acts?


Yes, we often ask our client for any feedback they may have on the entertainment they booked. So we keep a record of any testimonials or client comments that we have received. Check with your sales consultant for more information.

Do you have any demos on the acts that I can view?


Yes, many of our entertainers have either a CD or DVD demo that we can mail to you. We also endeavor to have all our demos on our website so you can access them easily.
