Macshane

Stian Macshane is one of Australia’s most unique entertainers, a Britain’s Got Talent 2026 semi-finalist, freestyle rap comedian, MC, presenter and keynote speaker whose extraordinary improvisational ability connects with audiences of all ages. Based in Perth and performing across Australia, the UK and Europe, he blends razor-sharp comedy, world-class freestyle rap and audience interaction to create entertainment that is completely original and impossible to replicate.

All four Britain’s Got Talent judges said yes at his audition before he performed live at London’s Apollo Theatre, finishing second in the national public vote. Simon Cowell called him “the fastest freestyle rap I have ever seen in my life.” With more than a decade of professional performance experience, over 10,000 hours of freestyling and six million-plus online views, Macshane has built a reputation as a headline act who can command a stage, engage a room and turn an audience into the show itself.

His versatility spans corporate entertainment, comedy, hosting, keynote speaking, music and children's entertainment. With more than 100 corporate bookings, he has worked with BHP, Rio Tinto, Roy Hill, Mineral Resources, Chevron and major government and local council clients. He hosts conferences, awards nights, festivals, launches and corporate celebrations, improvising bespoke raps around company values, award winners and the people in the room. He has hosted the City of Karratha's FeNaClNG Festival main stage for three consecutive years, the WA Youth Work Awards for two years running, and delivered entertainment for major community events across Perth and regional Western Australia. From FIFO mine-site crib rooms and end-of-roster parties to gala dinners and live DJ sets, his ability to read a room and adapt in real time makes every performance personal.

As a headline comedian, Macshane has performed at the Comedy Store Sydney, Sit Down Comedy Club Brisbane, Comedy Lounge Perth and London's Top Secret Comedy Club, alongside the Sydney Comedy Festival, Perth Comedy Festival and multiple Edinburgh Fringe seasons. His international touring credits include the UK, Austria and New Zealand, with five-star reviews praising his extraordinary speed, originality and comedic talent.
His work also extends to younger audiences through 123 RAP!, his interactive, all-ages comedy and freestyle rap show, which enjoyed a sold-out run at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2026. He has performed for Canteen WA, appeared live on Telethon and developed original entertainment that gives children the chance to shape the show themselves.

Beyond entertainment, Macshane is a TEDx speaker, ADHD advocate and community ambassador for ADHD WA. His keynote, Finding Your Flowstate, explores ADHD, creativity, confidence and turning difference into an advantage. He has presented at the WA ADHD Conference and delivers engaging talks and workshops for corporate teams, schools, educators and community organisations.

A WAM Award winner for Best Hip Hop Song, with more than two million music streams and broadcast appearances across BBC World News, BBC Radio Scotland, ABC and Australian commercial radio, Macshane brings an unusual combination of performance credentials, genuine purpose and audience connection to every booking.

Whether he's headlining a comedy club, MCing a major event, entertaining a FIFO workforce, inspiring a corporate audience or creating an improvised rap with a room full of children, Macshane delivers one thing consistently: an unforgettable experience built around the people in the room
